Hampton Inn Lexington Park

I have stayed here at least one every six month the last few years due to local business trips. Anyway, I want to thank Day for helping me during my mistake in a reservation; I thought I selected reservations for dates in Dec and then agreed too quickly and so Hhonors defaulted to tonight; obviously that means no cancellation allowed. i called immediately and Day was courteous and helped me fix the dates so no penalty. Besides that its been a clean hotel and good breakfast so I’ve tried to stay there if rooms available.

Property was recently remodeled! Beautiful, well kept and very modern! The breakfast was delicious! The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to help you! Upon checking in, we received a warm personable welcome and was acknowledged for being Hilton Honors members and received our cute little thank you baggie with snacks and cold water! The rooms are clean and comfortable and recently remodeled! The pool outside was open and came in clutch for the hot weather! We always look forward to staying at Hamptons, especially this location! Great hotel for business or leisure!

Very nice place. Convenient to shops and gas stations. Well maintained.

Front desk staff friendly and helpful. No issues and they had coffee ready all hours of the day! Area is well kept and clean. Rooms are clean and spacious. Spent three weeks here, great service from Emma my room attendant! The whole staff seemed friendly and eager to help! They have breakfast every morning. Would stay here again if opportunity presents itself. It’s a little distant from shopping and restaurants but not bad couple miles! Next door is a Mexican restaurant I heard that was pretty good. Plenty of parking easy in and out. They have a small snack shop area and pool along with workout room and conference rooms! These however I did not use on this trip!

Doris makes a wonderful, loving continental breakfast. Great selection, clean, and a big friendly smile if you have any questions. She put us in a good mood this morning!

We had an excellent stay from beginning to end. Everything was very clean, neat, and well maintained, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. A special shout-out to Doris during breakfast service. She was incredibly pleasant, attentive, and welcoming. Doris made sure everything was set up beautifully, the food was fresh, well stocked, and absolutely delicious, and her warm smile truly made our morning. You can tell she takes great pride in her work and genuinely cares about guests having a wonderful experience. Thank you, Doris, for making our stay even more special. We will definitely be back — just to see her again!

I stayed at this location over the weekend for a car convention, after having a booking issue with the hotel across the street. The lady at the front desk was absolutely incredible!!!! Her name was Maria, we need more people in this world like her. She was a great help and was able to get us a room. We weren’t from the area and were hours away from home it was super late but she was super sweet and able to accommodate us. She is 10000000% an asset to your team! On our stay we took advantage of the amenities like complimentary breakfast and for hotel breakfast it was very yummy! Highly recommend this hotel the staff is unbelievably amazing.

Rooms were clean but dark and there is no fan in the bathroom. Beds were comfy and the breakfast was excellent each morning! My only complaint was at check-in when they tried to charge me double what my reservation was for. I had to pull up my reservation and show them my room rate and what my total was and then they were able to eventually figure it out, but not what I was expecting at check-in. Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend.
